So far I really like how the training is self-paced, the videos have captions and a written summary, and the pre-and-post quiz is really helpful. The videos are created in bite-sized chunks so there is no chance that anyone will feel like they have to start and stop a specific video. Anyone can get through a 5-7 minute video easily. But, even though they are short they are packed with actionable information and value.
